Technology marches on.  It seems like yesterday we weren't considered professional unless we had a FAX number on our business cards. Then it was an email address, and then an actual website with info about ourselves and our properties.

Checking email wasn't fast enough, so we had to get Blackberries and iPhones. Now we text.  It's a world of instant gratification and constant stimulation.  You have to keep up or you're just road kill.

The latest "must have" skill is the ability to create and use YouTube videos to showcase your properties.  Why pay 3rd party fees and suffer costly delays when it's so easy to do yourself?  During this seminar we will actually create our own YouTube video using PowerPoint and its voice narration feature.  If you want to take movies for your videos, we'll also cover some do's and don'ts to help you, and show you some examples of good and bad movies.  Next, we'll convert our PowerPoint show into a movie using free downloadable software, and then we'll upload it to YouTube. As an extra, we'll create our own YouTube Channel to hold all of our videos. Finally, we'll embed the video into a website, and also provide a link to your personal YouTube Channel.
