
Social Media Marketing
You've always known that your RELATIONSHIPS were a critical part of any successful real estate campaign. You met
people, and maintained those relationships, in various places--school, civic clubs, charitable organizations,
centers of worship, shopping, dining, hobby groups, etc.
Social media has not changed any of this. It's just that you now have more places in which to create and nurture
relationships.
But, if you spent every waking moment trying to sell listings to your hairdresser, you'd probably have to find a
new hairdresser pretty soon. Use the same logic in your social media relationships. If you use social media to
constantly bombard people with your listings, and nothing else, no one will listen to you any more.
