Also learn negotiation strategies that WORK virtually every time, in a wide variety of real estate and every day situations.

Classes start at 9am and go until 4:30pm, with a 1½ hour lunch break on your own.  If you want to brown bag it, and stay in the meeting room, I'll provide a free one-hour (non-CE) discussion of one of the topics listed below, depending on the interest of the participants.
