The course is approved for 6 hours of CE credit. It is
a combination of lecture, slides and role-playing with class
feedback. We will cover Finding and Qualifying Prospects,
Quickly Building a Relationship to Discover Needs
and Limitations, Finding Out How the Competition Stacks
Up, Using the Features/Benefits Presentation, The Best Way to
Use Props and Scripts, The Staged Property Tour, The Post-Tour
Debriefing and Effective Follow-up and Closing. Also learn
negotiation strategies that WORK virtually every time, in a
wide variety of real estate and every day situations.
Classes start at 9am and go until 4:30pm, with a 1½ hour
lunch break on your own. If you want to brown bag it, and
stay in the meeting room, I'll provide a free one-hour (non-CE)
discussion of one of the topics listed below, depending
on the interest of the participants.
