Refund Policy

If you register for a course and you are unable to attend for any reason, your fee will be credited to any other course of your choice, in any city in the state, for up to one year. When you wish to register for another course, please email us with the city, topic, and approximate date of your original registration, and the replacement course/city you wish to attend.

In rare circumstances, we must cancel a course because we accidentally scheduled it when something else competed with it (such as a local Realtor Association meeting) and pre-registrations were too small to offer the course. If that happens, we will contact you in advance and offer you the choice of a full refund of your registration fee, or transfer the credit to the rescheduled course date.

If you attend a course and you do not feel you received your money's worth, you may email us within three days, tell us why you were unhappy, and receive a full refund of your registration fee. This has never happened in the past. We hope it never happens in the future. But, in case you've had some bad experiences with other seminars and are hesitant about taking a chance with us, we wanted to take that "fear of the unknown" away from you.
