Refresher Policy

If you take any Evans Real Estate Seminar, including those offered through the Alabama Center for Real Estate or your local Real Estate Association, you may refresh that course again at no additional charge for up to one year after the original class.

Refresher courses may be taken in any city, and as often as you desire. Real estate licensees earn CE credit each and every time they take the course.

There is only one restriction. Currently, due to the size room we reserve for our seminars, we must limit refreshers to only five seats per location. So far, this has not been a problem. If demand consistently exceeds the 5-seat limit, we will consider renting larger meeting rooms in the future.

Because of the 5-seat limit, you must reserve your space early if you want to refresh. You do this by sending us an email with:

Your name

City and date of the desired refresher

City and approximate date of the original paid course

A contact phone number

Write to reserve a refresher seat.
