Alabama Landlord Tenant Act The Act has been in effect since January 1, 2007.
Many consumer advocacy groups educate tenants about important protections, but very few landlords know the
extent of their frightening new liabilities under the Act. This important seminar will help you meet your
legal responsibilities, avoid traps and pitfalls, learn all about evictions, and discuss important lease clauses
with your attorney to maximize your protecitons. 3 hours Alabama CE credit.

Strategies for Attracting Tenants. Classroom seminar and webinars offered. This is not just
the "same old" social media seminar you see advertised by everyone else. You learn specific "nuts and bolts"
techniques for attracting new tenants and increasing retention of existing tenants. PLUS, easy to follow
advice on how to effectively use free college student interns to do most of the day-to-day work for
you! Don't live in a college town? It doesn't matter. The beauty of social media marketing is
that the person doing the updates doesn't have to be anywhere in the same time zone as you! 3 hour class,
does not currently qualify for CE credit.
The BUSINESS of Property Management How to start and/or grow a
successful property management business. Course is completely oriented to business issues. It does not cover
Fair Housing or Marketing, except as very small components of a business plan. 4 hour seminar, does
not qualify for CE credit.
Increase Occupancies Strategies for attracting new tenants, and keeping the
ones you have. While this seminar includes a very brief overview of the Social Media class, it does not duplicate
