Alabama Landlord Tenant Act The Act has been in effect since January 1, 2007.  Many consumer advocacy groups educate tenants about important protections, but very few landlords know the extent of their frightening new liabilities under the Act.  This important seminar will help you meet your legal responsibilities, avoid traps and pitfalls, learn all about evictions, and discuss important lease clauses with your attorney to maximize your protecitons.  3 hours Alabama CE credit.

Social Media Strategies for Attracting Tenants.  Classroom seminar and webinars offered.  This is not just the "same old" social media seminar you see advertised by everyone else. You learn specific "nuts and bolts" techniques for attracting new tenants and increasing retention of existing tenants.  PLUS, easy to follow advice on how to effectively use free college student interns to do most of the day-to-day work for you!  Don't live in a college town?  It doesn't matter.  The beauty of social media marketing is that the person doing the updates doesn't have to be anywhere in the same time zone as you!  3 hour class, does not currently qualify for CE credit.

The BUSINESS of Property Management  How to start and/or grow a successful property management business.  Course is completely oriented to business issues. It does not cover Fair Housing or Marketing, except as very small components of a business plan.  4 hour seminar, does not qualify for CE credit.

Increase Occupancies  Strategies for attracting new tenants, and keeping the ones you have. While this seminar includes a very brief overview of the Social Media class, it does not duplicate that seminar. 4 hour seminar does not qualify for CE credit.
