Because I've been down your road myself. I've been a real estate investor, broker and landlord for 25 years now.  I survived the 80's and I expanded my real estate investments in the bust of the early 90's.  I've wasted money on "feel good" seminars with no practical advice, and I've relied on experts who just led me down the primrose path to near-ruin.

The best advice I've ever received came from me! That's right--I took the time and trouble to define my goals, did the legal and financial research necessary to find the limits of what was possible, and then applied all of that to my observations of how things worked in the real world.  Answers suddenly became very clear, and could be used in a wide variety of circumstances.  I was able to Take Action because I had enough knowledge to know the possible choices and then to make the right choices.

That's why my advice and my seminars are completely focused on Action Items you can do to make progress towards your goals.  I don't just throw out concepts; I tell you why they should be important to you, and what you can do with those concepts. 

My goal for every seminar attendee and every consulting client:  Tell you something you can immediately implement and see a profit on your seminar or consulting expense within the next 60 days! That's my focus, that's my goal, and that's why you should listen to me!
